Our 24-Hour Nationwide Roadside Assistance Program is designed to keep you safe and provide peace of mind when the unexpected happens. Whether you're close to home in Rockville, MD, or traveling across the country, we’ve got you covered!

Our Roadside Assistance includes:

  • Emergency fluid delivery
  • Lock-out service
  • Jump starts
  • Flat tire repair


No matter where you are or what the emergency, we've got you covered when you need help the most.

ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE INSTRUCTIONS

To access Roadside Assistance, simply call the number on your AMPM Automotive Rewards Card and enter the 8-digit PIN located on the back of the card.


  • Towing Near Our Shop: If your vehicle needs towing and you're within 25 miles of AMPM Automotive in Rockville, MD, instruct the tow truck to bring it directly to our shop.
  • Benefit Limits: You can use your Roadside Assistance benefits up to two times within a 12-month period. Coverage limits per occurrence are:



  • Local assistance: Up to $100
  • Nationwide assistance: Up to $150

ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE TERMS & CONDITIONS

Your Roadside Assistance benefits are automatically renewed for an additional year when you service your vehicle(s) at AMPM Automotive in Rockville, MD, at least twice and spend a minimum of $750 within the past 12 months.


  • Program Flexibility: This benefit is offered at the discretion of AMPM Automotive, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue the program at any time.
  • Responsible Use: Please note that excessive or improper use of the service may result in the termination of your benefits.
